Brock's occupation is an Elementary Physical Education Teacher, HS Cross Country Coach, JH Girls Basketball Coach and HS Boys Track Coach. Brock has paced the 1:30 group in the half marathon 10 times and is also a 3:30 pacer for the Chicago Marathon.
Charles S. - 1:30 pacer
Charles is a veteran marathoner and half-marathoner. He ran his first marathon in 1997 right after graduating from college. Since then, he has run 37 marathons, including 4 of the world majors. But his running highlight was setting a lifetime PR at age 50 (2:47) at CIM 2024.
A self-proclaimed math nerd, and armed with his handy Garmin, Charles is guaranteed to nail the splits you'll need to make your goal time.

Stephen has been running since 2012, when he dropped 45 pounds to be an example for his patients. As a physician, he loves promoting a healthy lifestyle with running. He has run 20+ marathons and over 45 half marathons, and enjoys pacing others to achieve their goals. He is an avid racer and pacer, often running 15-20 events a year from the mile to the marathon. He has run Boston, Chicago, CIM, and everywhere in between. He enjoys helping people in under their time goal with the Smart Pacing Strategy.

I started running my Junior year of High School and have never really looked back. I coached Cross Country and Track early on in my career at Omaha Burke High School for 5 years where I helped pace a lot of the workouts that were scheduled.
I enjoy seeing other people achieve their goal more than my own personal goals. I have paced friends of mine to PR's in the Half Marathon and look forward to hitting consistent splits for my scheduled pace group along with having some fun doing it!

Keevan has been running for as long as he can remember. After running competitively in high school, he has continued to run to stay in both mental and physical shape. Signing up for the Lincoln Half Marathon his junior year of college on a whim, he was hooked on the distance. When pacing, Keevan hopes to create an fun, enjoyable atmosphere while helping others to achieve their goals!

Lincoln got into running as a way to escape the long daytime hours of working a night job. Now he enjoys exploring the trails of Lincoln and tourism running when visiting new cities. He's run a handful of full-marathons and more than a dozen halfs. He's all about giving high fives along the route and enjoying the journey.

Tracy is an active runner and cyclist, who has been running since high school. He is in his 5th year as a pacer and really enjoys getting to know his pace groups and providing encouragement throughout the race.

Jeremiah C. - 1:50 pacer
Jeremiah started running in 2015 with an initial goal of breaking 2 hours in a half marathon. The first attempt ended with a time of 2:00:04 which wasn't good enough. The following year he was able to reach his goal by running the same half marathon in 1:56:04. Since then he's gone on to break his goal of beating 1:30 with a 1:29:10 half in 2019. During various races he used the help of the pacer groups to attain his goals along the way. He wants to give back to the running community by helping others reach their goals now by pacing.

John has been running since 2014. After spontaneously signing up for a half marathon, he quickly fell in love with the sport. Since that time he has run 2 marathons, 12 half marathons, and has put in countless miles on the trails around his neighborhood. He's also paced for friends over the years for various half marathons (most recently the Good Life Halfsy). Whether you're out there to set a PR or just to have fun, he's excited to help runners achieve (and surpass!) their goals. See you at the starting line!

John started running in 2014 as an inexpensive way of getting in shape. It quickly became his passion as he moved from 5k's to 10k's to half marathons to full marathons. John has participated in 10 half marathons and 7 full marathons. He achieved his long held goal of running the Boston Marathon in 2022. His goal in any race is to have fun and enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings. Pacers have helped him achieve PR's and a BQ in the past and he is excited for the opportunity to pay that forward.

AJ has been running for 10 years and has completed numerous Half Marathons, two Full Marathons, a 50k ultramarathon, and a 70.3 Ironman. Currently, he’s training for another 70.3 Ironman in June 2025. Mark is an avid lifelong runner, pacer, and cross country coach who has been pacing for more than a decade now. Mark's current racing schedule focuses around full marathons, though he has also completed around fifty halves, and countless 5K's, 10K's, and odd-distance races. Mark loves racing and pacing equally, and gets recharged by supporting runners by helping them reach their goals as a pacer. Scott is a seasoned pacer with a background in endurance sports. He has completed dozens of half marathons, multiple full marathons, and also enjoys cycling and triathlon. Scott began running in high school cross country, which sparked a lifelong passion.
Scott lives in Kansas City with his wife and two teenage boys. He enjoys the opportunity to explore the outdoors, seek adventures, and connect with fellow runners.

Daniel took up running in 2015 by a coworker challenge to run a half marathon. After somehow getting by for 37 years without running more than a mile, he decided the time had come. He has been addicted ever since with the completion of 10 half marathons and another 4 marathons. His 4 hour marathon goal has still eluded him, but still enjoys a destination race. He lives in Lincoln with his wife and three crazy kids.

Kara started running eight years ago and quickly developed a love for the sport. She decided to take it to the next level and become much more competitive. During college, she was a member of a semi professional racing team based in eastern Nebraska, Lincoln Running Company Nebraska Racing. She has participated in events ranging from the 1 mile to the marathon. Her preferred distance is the half marathon. After competing for five years, she is ready to help others reach their goals through pacing.

Kimberly started running 10 years ago, when the doctors told her to stop running. Her passion is to help and teach others the importance and education of fitness. She has run over two dozen half marathons and a half dozen full marathons. She has been pacing for multiple years, and loves meeting and encouraging people along the way! No matter if this is your first race, or 100th race, she will be there to encourage and help one set goals they never thought they could!
When she is not running, she is spending time with family or traveling!

Jenn lives in Nebraska with her husband and 3 kids. From an early age Jenn enjoyed playing organized sports in high school. In college she got into running as a way to stay in shape and take a break from college work. She ran her first full marathon in 2005 and every since has running half and full marathons. Michael discovered running on the way to recovering a healthy lifestyle several years ago. In 2017 he ran his first 1/2 marathon and fell in love with the miles. From there he went on to race or run at least a couple marathons each year and multitudes of 1/2 marathons. He is know for his joyful smile, playful banter, cheesy singing, cart wheel finishes and love for running and runners and finds great joy in encouraging and cheering others to successful completions in their races. Molly started running shortly after moving to KC. She has now completed numerous half-marathons, and enjoys running on Saturday mornings with Runner's Edge. Molly uses the Smart Pace Strategy, which allows her to finish racing feeling strong and with some "kick" left!

Amanda has been enjoying running and racing for over 15 years. She has completed countless 5ks and 10ks, multiple Market to Markets and Ragnars, over 20 half marathons, 1 full marathon, 3 triathlons, and 2 ultramarathons.
In 2022, she paced the 2:05 group for the Lincoln Halfsy and had "the best time!" Amanda's favorite distance to run is the half, but most recently discovered ultras and would love to tell you about all the food she gets to eat along the way.

Scott started running again at the young age of 41 just to lose a few pounds and be in better health. Joined a local running club and after a few years of a mile here and a mile there he decided to try his first marathon in spring of 2014 and has been hooked since. Two years since the spring of 2014 he has completed many marathons and 70+ half marathons. His favorite thing about running is the camaraderie that runners share and helping others achieve their goals whether it be a first race, a PR or just enjoying a run with good company.

Andrea started running in 2010 when her mom (in her late 40's!) ran her first half marathon and encouraged Andrea to also pick up running. It was a very slow start, she did not enjoy it at first, but it finally clicked and a love of running was created. She has ran through 2 pregnancies and all the fun life things that two small kids can throw at you! She has a love for pacing because there is no greater joy in her life than to share the love of running with others as well as helping others achieve their goals. Andrea has accomplished many PR goals because of other pacers so she would love to be that person for someone else, either running their very first race or just trying to break a personal record! Andrea's kids think she wins every race she goes to since she comes home with a medal and there is no reason to correct them on that :)

Jacob is an enthusiastic runner and professional classical musician who lives in South Dakota. He was mostly a casual and intermittent race runner until completing his first half marathon in 2015 and falling in love with the distance. Since then, he's run in nearly 40 half marathons, along with more 5K and 10K races than he cares to count and a few marathons for good measure. He's an experienced pacer, having paced over a dozen half marathons from 2:00 to 2:45, and loves helping runners achieve their goals on race day.

Deb started running in elementary school for club track and cross country, then ran cross country in high school. After taking time off during college, she began running again with the goal to complete her first marathon at 30. Since then she has completed many half-marathons, full marathons, trail runs and ultra marathons. A few of Deb’s favorite races include: Twin Cities Marathon, the Chicago Marathon and the Boston Marathon. To celebrate her 50th birthday she ran the Prairie Spirit 100. Claire ran her first full marathon in 2013 thinking it would be her only marathon. Claire found a love for running long distance and since then has completed 12 full marathons and completed numerous half marathons. Her favorite races are the Chicago Marathon, Grandma's, Lincoln Halfsy, and of course the Lincoln Marathon. Claire loves the spectators at the races and all the energy from everyone. A runner his entire life, Joe has run every distance from the 5k to a 100 miler. His most raced distances are the half and full marathons. Joe also loves climbing 14ers, cycling, and has completed several triathlons. Joe is a Boston Marathoner several times over, and his most recent running accomplishment is completing Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon. Joe loves working with runners and is currently a coach for the Fleet Feet Omaha stores' training groups. He loves helping runners work toward and achieve their goals, and he cannot wait to get you to that finish line!

Soon after she had to take a year off due to a twin pregnancy, but managed to complete her first half marathon by their first birthday. Jennifer has been running since 2013 when she decided a 5k was a good goal for turning 40, and a great way to stay active. She now loves all the running events, from the fun themed 5ks to the crazy long distance trails. She has done 2 50ks, 2 fulls, and has lost track of how many halfs (50ish??). Pacing is especially fun for Jennifer to meet new people and help them reach their goals.

Sharon started running after having 3 kids and was "bitten" by the marathon bug. Sharon has completed 24 marathons (her favorite marathons are the NY marathon, Big Sur marathon and the Chicago Marathon, London Marathon, Berlin marathon), the Disney Dopey 48.6 mile challenge, One 50k, more than 200 half marathons locally, across the country and internationally, is a "Double Agent" (member of both the Half Fanatics and Marathon Maniacs national running clubs), KC Express Member, Team Beef member, Black Girls Run member, National Association of Black Marathoners member and a member of the 100 half marathon club. She looks forward to helping others reach their goals and possibly sharing the thrill of crossing the finish line with those that are new to running half marathons. Penny's started out as a race volunteer turned runner in 2011. Penny got more serious with running in 2016 and has run over 30 marathons, as well as three 50k and two 50 milers. She has also completed over 135 half marathons, pacing over 30 races. She loves talking running/races and looks forward encouraging others to help reach their goals using the run/walk intervals Galloway method.

Eryn has been running for fun for years but has recently switched to distant running. She truly enjoys pushing herself to see what she is capable of. Running has become a part of her daily life. Completing her first half marathon was such a monumental moment for her and she was so thankful to the pacer that helped her do it. That was that moment she realized she wanted to help others meet their goals as well. The training is the hard work and race day should be the celebration of that work. You will find Eryn cheesing it along the course for race photos, cheering those around her on, and honestly just having a good time. Eryn describes her pace as party pace. Come join the party!

Scott started running shortly after graduating college to lose weight and become more active. At first it was a solo activity with the occasional race to booster motivation and the natural desire to get faster. Starting in 2016 he really got involved with the running community joining in group runs and feeding off the groups' love of running. Completed first 140.6 triathlon in 2016, first 50k ultra in 2017 and Boston marathon in 2018. Having used pace groups successfully for many races to reach new PRs, he is excited to help other reach theirs.

Angela is a UESCA certified running coach and has been running marathons since 2016 and ultramarathons since 2022. A big part of Angela's training involves stroller running with her children as she is a stay-at-home mom. Some of her racing highlights include 3 ultramarathon wins, running the 2023 Boston Marathon while pregnant (3:26), a 1:32 half marathon pushing a stroller, and completing a 100k at a Backyard Ultra while expressing milk for her infant at intervals. As a pacer, Angela hopes to help runners hit one or more of their goals by focusing on breathing correctly, fueling, running form, and not starting out too fast.

Brian has been running consistently since 2022. He is currently an active member and daily streak runner with the Measly Mile Mafia (MMM). Although he is a streak runner, he prefers distance and munching miles. Brian has run 3 marathons so far and numerous half marathons. He is currently running at least a half marathon and around 100 miles every month to stay in tip-top condition. He can't wait to get out there and crush goals together!!

In 2003 Aimee set her New Year's resolution to run a full marathon and signed up for the Chicago Marathon. After the unbelieve feeling of not only running the race but crossing the finish line she was hooked for life. Over the years she has ran over 60 half marathons, 14 full marathons, and numerous other races. It was not until 2018 that she became interested in pacing and has paced a full and half marathon. Aimee has her heart set on qualifying for Boston in 2019 and is currently working hard to make it happen. Aimee enjoys the company of other runners and hearing what inspires them to run. Aimee says "Running a marathon is one thing helping others cross the finish line is well indescribable" Strategy : Have fun, consistent pace, walk through aid stations, and high energy ! My motto your body can do amazing things finishing a marathon is very mental you just have to tell yourself you can in fact do it and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.

Tom ran track and cross-country in high school and mostly 10K’s during and after college. After a couple decades of work and family obligations his physician told him to exercise. Running was familiar and races provided measures of progress. He’s run over 40 marathons, including Boston, Chicago, New York, Berlin, and London along with local marathons, half marathons, 10 and 5K’s.
He experienced the advantages of the SmartPacing system and is delighted to share that with you, whether this is a first race, a PR attempt, or a comeback race. He will ease you into an efficient pace, going slow in uphills and faster in downhills, along with strategic walk breaks at aid stations. Ziva Patt-Rappaport is a seasoned runner of more than 20 years! She started running in her 20s inspired by her big sister, 20 years older and yet faster runner. She started Running 5K's, then 10K then half marathons. One time, when an old boyfriend put her down for running "only" half marathons but not full, she decided to sign up for a full marathon. That was 16 years ago (and dumped said boyfriend, needless to say). She has run several other marathons since. She has even completed a half Iron Man 70.3 - 1.2 miles swim, 56 mile bike, and a half marathon run. Running has been a constant in Ziva's life, keeping her sane through marriage, child bearing, career changing, and otherwise.
